Michael is an experienced foreign legal counselor with over 15 years of on-the-ground experience in the Greater China area. He handles international cross-border commercial, taxation, and HR matters for some of the world’s largest companies doing business in Taiwan. Michael also acts in nominee positions and oversees corporate support for entities of foreign clients in Taiwan. With a strong track record in relation to criminal actions and debt collection, he also manages several white-collar crime related matters in various jurisdictions in Asia.
