徐甜律师为Eiger上海办公室的合伙人，领导事务所于中国大陆之业务。徐甜律师具有中华人民共和国律师资格，其专业领域主要为外商直接投资，公司法、兼并收购、劳动法、税务。于处理知识产权和不正当竞争案件方面也具有丰富的经验。
徐甜律师有二十多年为跨国公司及中小型企业提供法律服务的经验。涉及到的相关领域有精品零售、物流、货运代理、钢铁生产、汽车、工程机械、电信及航空。
徐甜获得中华人民共和国律师执业资格，香港陈叶苏律师行注册外国律师。
