On Sunday, April 25, 2010, Eiger Law partner John Eastwood participated as a guest speaker in a panel sponsored by the Chinese Intellectual Property Protection Association in Taipei. John spoke on the relation of intellectual property to the public interest, providing examples of the changes within the Taiwan legal environment and the challenges coming up.
