合夥人

徐甜律師是位艾格峰在上海辦公室的合夥人，其領導事務所於中國的業務。他取得中華人民共國律師資格，專業領域主要為對外直接投資、公司法、併購、勞資關係和稅務;也在處理智慧財產權和不當競爭案件方面具有豐富的經驗。

他有超過二十年的經驗在全球領先的跨國公司及中小型企業為精品零售、物流、貨運代理、鋼鐵生產、汽車、機械工程、電信及航空領域提供諮詢意見。

徐甜取得中華人民共和國律師資格，並且是香港陳葉蘇律師行註冊外國律師。
