
Roy specializes in employment, litigation and arbitration. He provides comprehensive legal services across civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings, and has extensive experience assisting administrative agencies in navigating complex constitutional litigation. In the area of non-contentious matters, Roy has a proven track record of facilitating shareholder meetings, director and supervisor elections, and shareholder administrative preparations for domestic corporations. He is also highly proficient in drafting commercial contracts and reviewing agreements in English.
Prior to joining the firm, Roy served as a legal intern at a prominent law office in Taipei and worked as a research assistant at the National Taiwan University College of Law and the Graduate Institute of National Development, where he developed a rigorous foundation in legal research and argumentation. Drawing on his background in international legal studies at Meiji University in Japan, Roy provides counsel to foreign nationals and entities, blending a global perspective with strategic analysis in labor, family, and public law.
