Edward P. SWIFT Joins Eiger as Of Counsel

We are very pleased to announce that Edward P. SWIFT has joined Eiger as of counsel. Edward has been in-house counsel for more than 20 years at some of the world's most respected companies, including leadership positions at GE, Hitachi and Dolby Laboratories. Edward brings to Eiger a wealth of practical legal experience in complicated technology transactions, intellectual property protection, anti-trust and white-collar matters, emerging technologies and dispute resolution. Edward earned a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from American University in Washington D.C., a Juris Doctorate from California Western in San Diego, and has been a member of the Nevada Bar Association since 1993.
