EIGER ATTENDS 2010 CAA CONFERENCE ON ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION

Eiger Law’s John Eastwood and Nathan Kaiser were among the attendees for the Chinese Arbitration Association (CAA) 2010 Taipei International Conference on Arbitration and Mediation. Speakers included: Dr. Johan Gernandt, chairman of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute (SCC); William Slate II, president and CEO of the American Arbitration Association (AAA); Dr. Toshio Sawada, former vice chairman of the ICC International Court of Arbitration; Dr. Jernej Sekolee, vice president of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and former UNCITRAL secretary; as well as Drs. Stephan Wilske and Lars Markert of Gleiss Lutz’s Stuttgart office.
